FAQ’s

How do I get an estimate for my roof?

Just call or email and we’ll set up an appointment for us to come and inspect your roof. Then we’ll get back to you with a proposal via email. Or if you’d prefer, we can deliver the proposal to you in person and discuss any questions you may have.

Do I have to be present for the initial roof inspection?

No, there’s no need for you to take time out of your day for us to complete the estimate. We just ask that you let anyone who might be home that day know that we will be there on the day of the appointment.

How do I decide which products to use?

Once the contract portion of the proposal is signed, we can walk you through the various roofing products needed for the job and explore different shingle types and colors.

Is a deposit required?

No, there is no deposit required. Once our work is complete we will do a walk-through of the property to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. You will then receive your invoice, upon which payment is expected in full either with cash or check made out to “Daniel Business”.

Do I have to be present on the day(s) of the job?

You do not have to be present on the day of the job, we only ask that you provide us with a few electrical outlets for the equipment.

What are your hours each day?

We start working at 7 in the morning each day and can work until 6 or later depending on what needs to be finished for the day, this can include protecting your roof from the weather or finishing clean up. Weather permitting, we want to work as much as we can each day so that we can complete the job and be out of your way as quickly as possible.

Will my house be protected during the job?

Yes, we take extra care to protect all siding and plants during the tear-off process, and we leave the property clean every day. One of our goals is peace of mind, so please let us know if there is anything we can do throughout the process to help you.
